SAIR Equipments are the leading Dealer, Trader and Supplier of a wide range of Refrigerated Air Dryer that is widely used in applications such as drying of plant air and other utility gases like hydrogen gas, nitrogen gas drying etc. Our offered dryers are precisely manufactured by PARTH Compressor knowledgeable professionals making use of the superior quality of raw material and sophisticated technology in compliance with the preset industry standards. To ensure their flawlessness, a team of our quality controllers test these dryers on varied parameters. Additionally, clients can get these from us at affordable prices.
Working:
- The cooling in the refrigerated type air dryer takes place in two stages
- The compressed air at about 40 degree Celsius that enters the air dryer, first moves into the Precooler
- Here, the outgoing cool-dry air cools the incoming hot-wet
- In return, the outgoing cool-dry is heated to about 28 to 32 degree Celsius temperature
- Now the partially cooled hot-wet air enters the evaporator, where it is chilled down to a temperature of about 2 to 8 degree Celsius
- Due to this, the vapour in the air gets condensed
- This chilled air is then transferred to the moisture separator, which is a mechanical equipment that separates the condensed moisture from the air using mechanical action
- This condensed moisture is then drained from the moisture separator, through an automatic drain valve
- After this only, the dry-cool air is passed through the precooler
- As a result of this process, we get dry air at the outlet with the required pressure dew point temperature (but above 2 degree C)
- The power consumption for air drying in these refrigerated air dryers is approximately 5.0 kWh for 1000 cubic feet per minute of air.
