Recipe (Serves 4):
Ingredients
1. EL Dorado Nacho pack – 300grams, 2. Processed Cheese – 150grams, 3. Salsa Sauce, 4. Butter – 2 tbsp, 5. White Flour – 2 tbsp, 6. Milk – 1 cup, 7. Salt – ½ tsp, 8. Chili Flakes (Optional)
Method
(For Cheese Sauce)
In a medium saucepan over medium heat melt butter and stir in flour. Pour in the milk and stir until the mixture is thicken
Stirring constantly, mix in cheese and salt. Continue to cook and stir until cheese has melted and all ingredients are well blended about 15 minutes.
