WORT Aerator / Carbonator
Aeration / Carbonation is required to maintain a desire level of the gas in the product. e.g. Aeration in the Wort and carbonation in beer in the Breweries, carbonation in the soft drinks etc.
Detailed Description
In all the cases it is very important to have the same level of gas in the product, hence proper injection and mixing unit is very essential.
Design Highlights:
Non return valve is provided at the inlet of the injector candle to avoid the flow of the liquid into the gas tube.
The gas line is provided with the pressure regulator and the micron filter for adjusting the required pressure and supply of dirt free gas.
The body of the gas mixer is in glass so that the injection and mixing can be viewed.
