spray for ALL GRADES OF STAINLESS STEEL FABRICATIONS and WELD Areas.
SURFACE PREPERATION :
Surface to be coated shall be free from oil / grease / dust / dirt / rust & other
foreign matters. The surface to be coated shall be Sand / Grit Blasted /
Sandpapered for best results. This will very substantially improve
ADHESION to the Base Metal ,hence will enhance Anti-Corrosion.
SS Spray is mainly used for getting highest degree of Corrosion protection
applications. The SS Spray will offers a very tough bright Stainless Steel like
coating & will touch dry within 5-10 Minutes . This spray will leave a very
uniform PURE STAINLESS STEEL VACUUM EVAPORATED Powder Coating
on the coated substrate. The Coating will be EXTREMELY PASSIVE TO
ATMOSPHERIC OXIDATION, Prevents RUSTING of Stainless Steel Surface.
Over-coating, if necessary, may be done after 1 hr. This S S Coating Spray
can also be used as a FINISH DECORATIVE and PROTECTIVE COAT.
This Coating has excellent adhesion to the Metal . One Aerosol self Spray can of
500 ml will have a coverage of 2 Sq Mtrs and will give a Coating thickness of
18 - 25 microns of SS powder The Stainless Steel Metallic Powder will be 98%
Pure . The Dry Paint Film Will contain 88-90 % Stainless Steel Metallic Powder.
As per our Lab Tests, the coated surface Passes 1000 Hrs Fog chamber salt
spray test & has excellent adhesion, scratch resistance and anti-corrosion .
