Acrysil PCB Conformal Coating is formulated with HIGH PERFORMANCE ACRYLIC RESINS, Premium grade solvents and packed is aerosol cans so as to offer best Application properties. ACRYSIL is an excellent, extremely quick drying, 100% transparent Clear Lacquer. It has excellent LEVELLING PROPERTIEs so as to offer very Uniform Coating. This in mainly used for Coating; Touch-up and Reworking applications & for the purpose of Maintenance. This is available in 400 ml self Spray Aerosol cans packing, Acrysil is quick Air drying, offers a tough coating & will touch dry within 2-3 Min. Over-coating, if necessary, may be done after 1 hour. Acrysil offers an adherant, 100% transparent, water repellant, very high gloss clear coating , has anti-yellowing properties and excellent anti-corrosion properties.
The use of PROMTECH Acrysil needs very little skills to operate. There is no need for the messy operations like, thinning, spraying and post Cleaning of the gun. Acrysil can shall be used as per the instructions printed on the can. The aerosol can is used to the last drop of the. Can has a shelf life of ONE YEAR. ACRYSIL offers a 1.5 to 2 micron layer of completely water and Moisture repellant , 100 % Transparent , anti-static , scratch-resistant film on the applied surfaces . As a BARRIER COATING on PCBs ; Acrysil improves corrosion resistance, Gloss, beauty & durability. The thinnest layer of ACRYSIL will completely resist Water or Water Vapour accumulation. The thin layer of ACRYSIL PCB Conformal coating completely SEALS OFF the SOLDERING , BRAZING and completely stops current leakage. Acrysil has a salt spray life of 96 hrs. It will offer 2 to 3 microns Coating by single spray. It has excellent adhesion to the substrate and Passes flexibility test. When not required ,it can be removed by use of Xylene , Toulene or automotive thinners.
