Factory Location
Gat No.24, Bhendala Shivar, Nagar Highway, Gangapur Phata, Dist.- Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Total area of plant is 2.5 Acre.
Design, Manufacturing & Installation
Design: Our experienced engineers work closely to design pre-fabricated structure, space frames as per owner’;s requirement and site conditions
Engineering: This stage consists of a computer structural analysis to provide all the calculations that satisfy code requirement. The consultancy regarding, foundation design, strata, plans, valuations etc. will be provided on demand.
Manufacturing: Drawings & Designs are sent to the factory for fabrication; manufacture all structural members and accessories for complete installation.
Erection: The pre-fabricated structures or space frames are assembled on the ground and installed using crane or scaffolding. The structure will undergo full and complete final inspection after installation.
Accessories: Transparent roof (Skylight), Turbo ventilator, Rain water gutter, Rain water down take, fixtures & fasteners.
Roofing And Cladding: The roofing and cladding of these structures can be done by pre coated colored sheets, Galvalume sheets and for transparent roof, Polycarbonate sheets, or acrylic sheets can be used. The roof slope can be adjusted but the minimum recommended slop is 3%.

EXTRON PEB structures are available in large spans, multi spans, lean to roof at all required heights and side claddings. EXTRON can also provide variety of accessories such as skylights, ventilation turbines, north light, rain water harvesting, roof vents, louvers, sliding doors and windows.

Our customer has large choice of sheet material to choose and suit their budget as well as requirement such as pre-coated sheets.
A standard EXTRON pre-engineered building system is provide primary members, connections, roof sheeting, wall sheeting, sheeting fasteners, sealer, closures, ridge caps, flashing and trim, gutters and downspouts.
- Primary members: Primary structural framing shall include the transverse rigid frames, lean to jack rafters. And columns, canopy rafters, interior columns (beam and column frames), bearing frame rafters and corner columns and end wall wind columns.
- Secondary members: Secondary structural framing shall include the purlins, wind bracing, flange bracing, base angles, clips and other miscellaneous structural parts & roofing.
- Paint: All structural members shall be cleaned by wire brushing to remove dirt, grease, oil and loose mill scale and given one shop coat of red oxide, air drying.
- Connections: A. All field joints shall be bolted B. Primary bolted joints shall be furnished with high strength nut bolts conforming specifications of ASTM A325 (or equivalent) C. Secondary bolted joints shall be furnished with machine bolts conform to ASTM A3207 (or equivalent).
- Specifications of structural members:
- Members fabricated from plates shall have flanges and webs joined on one side of the web by sub merged welding process having a minimum yield strength 345 mpa.
- Members fabricated by cold forming process shall have minimum yield strength of 345 mpa.
- Members fabricated from hot rolled structural shapes shall have minimum yield strength of 250 mpa.
- Rod and angle bracing shall have minimum yield strength of 250 mpa.
- Roof and wall cladding shall confirm to physical specifications have a minimum yield strength of 345 mpa.
- All other miscellaneous secondary members have minimum yield strength of 250 mpa.
- Roof sheeting/wall sheeting: Roof and wall panels shall be of 26 gauges thick profiled galvalum/galvalume color coated/GI-color coated steel sheeting. In case of pre-painted galvalum panels, the exterior face is pre-painted with 1 mm. Thick factory applied polyester paint. The interior face is pre-painted with 0.5 mm thick factory applied polyester paint. Each panel shall be white/grey. Other materials, sheet/panel thicknesses and coating are as per upon requirements. It provides extra life.
- Sheeting fasteners: Standard fasteners shall be self tapping sheet metal screws with metal and neoprene washers. All screws shall have hexagonal heads.
- Sealer/rope seal: This is to be applied at all side laps and end laps of roof panels and around self flashing.
